QDo you add anything else to the juice?

ANo. Our juice only contains whatever comes out of the organic fruits and veggies we cold-press. We don't add anything else and we simply don't have to because it's squeezed the same morning you get it and it's already delicious.

QHow long does the juice last?

AIn order to keep all of the beneficial enzymes and nutrients intact, all of our juices are raw, meaning that they have not been pasteurized or processed. For this reason the juice should be kept refridgerated and consumed within 3 days of receiving it.

QDo you sell in stores?

AUnfortunately, no. Because our juice is raw (we don't treat or pasteurize it in any way), we have to sell directly to the consumer, you. But that's why we deliver the juice to your door the same morning it's squeezed. Plus most of the time you get more juice in each bottle and save more compared to other organic juices you might find at the store.

Did we mention that we press the juice the same morning you get it?! You'd really be hard-pressed (pun high-five) to find the same freshness with other juices at the store, if at all.

QThe juice seems to have separated and settled. Is that normal?

AYes, that's 100% normal and natural. This happens because the heavier parts of the ingredients will eventually move towards the bottom and the lighter ones will end up towards the top.

Other "juice" companies will include additives that try to prevent that separation so it always looks the same, but that look is artificial. We don't add anything extra to our juice that didn't come from the fruits or veggies in it. So just give the bottle a little shake whenever that happens to get the full great taste.

QAre the bottles delivered in a container/packaging?

AWe currently don't put the bottles in extra packaging. Our delivery guys and gals will leave your bottles at your door and will try their best to keep them out of the sun or where they can get wet.

If you have special instructions, you can leave a note in the delivery preferences when your order is confirmed or in your account settings. You can also specify if you live in a residence with a shared entrance (apartment building etc.), in which case we'll put the bottles in a bag so we can leave it somewhere you can get it.

QHow does the deliver-by hour work?

ALet's say you pick 7am, then your order should be delivered at or earlier than 7:00am. We try our very best to deliver your order at least 15 min or so before the deliver-by hour you choose. If you have juice delivery notifcations on, then, if you have the app, we'll send a notification to your phone or, if not, we'll email you when your order has been delivered. Look out for it and grab your morning-fresh juice as soon as you can so it doesn't get warm.

We also have a deliver-by guarantee because you shouldn't have to pay for juice if you don't get it before you have to leave the house. If you, for example, choose 7am and we deliver it at 7:01am, then the juice is on us.

QIf I choose a subscription, is my juice made ahead of time?

AIf you mean before the day it's supposed to be delivered, then no. Your juice is pressed and bottled the same morning you receive it. When we say fresh we mean fresh. We never make juice before the morning it's supposed to be at your door.

QWhat happens if I pause deliveries longer than 2 weeks?

AYour subscription simply goes into an inactive status. This just means that the subscription needs to be activated again. Once you resume deliveries, and get a delivery, a $2.00 charge will be added again in order to reactivate the subscription.

Also, keep in mind that 2 weeks is the time since your last delivery. So every time you receive a delivery you have a new 2 weeks from that point.
